Stacy teaches from a place of fun and love. You’ll learn to listen to your inner voice, connect with breath, and move in a way that feels good to YOUR body. A 200-hr E-RYT currently training with Janet Stone to complete her 500-hr certification, Stacy teaches vinyasa flow, deeply relaxing restorative yoga, and meditation. Expect to laugh, be challenged and find moments of clarity and stillness. “My greatest intention when I teach is to hold space for students to discover their own strengths, and a gratitude for life, through all of its changing currents.”
