Sheri Hennings

 

Sheri Hennings is a 200hr RYT with a background in competitive gymnastics and professional dance, and she has been teaching movement classes for many years. Sheri discovered yoga as a way to heal the residual pain of moving the body without mindfulness. She is passionate about teaching a dynamic practice that helps her students grow in their understanding of how their bodies work in safe ways. Sheri loves to help students reconnect with their unique perfection that allows them a deeper connection with the world around them.
