When Lucas walked into his first yoga class, he didn’t anticipate that it would change his life. But he quickly came to love the feeling of physical wellbeing and mental clarity that yoga offers. Lucas is an RYT-200, having trained at Dragonfly Yoga & Wellness with Suzanna Spring and Laurie Gallagher. He was eventually drawn to the challenge of the Ashtanga Primary Series and completed a 250-hour immersion with Melanie Green at Berkeley Yoga Center. His classes combine breath and movement for an experience that offers challenge, intelligent alignment, and playfulness.
